Segments of Precision Machining include: Tools & Dies, Special Machines, Press Tools, Gauges, Precision Molds, Piece-parts, and more. The method of machining depends on the shape and requirements of the parts. Some might be machined on a milling machine, while others are produced on a lathe.
The majority of precision parts made at TGI are made using CNC Machines. CNC, or Computer Numerical Control, Machines are accurate, dependable, and produce fast results. We pride ourselves on not only the reliability of our machining equipment, but on our ability to manage the manufacturing of your parts with ease and efficiency. Our skill as machinists is enhanced by our investment in new high quality equipment and CAM software.
